Shipping

Your order will normally be shipped within 1-2 business days from the time you place your order. When your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation by email including all shipment details.

International orders are sent from Denmark. In a few cases from Norway if you order a Pre Loved item, or if the stock is only available in Oslo. Norwegian orders are normally shipped from Oslo, in a few cases from Denmark depending on stock.

All orders will be delivered to your delivery address or local delivery point. Delivery notification will be sent by SMS and email when your package is on its way.

Norway 1-3 days
Europe 2-4 days
Rest of the world 2-6 days

If we are out of stock you will be contacted within 2 days.

Taxes and duties

For orders shipped to the countries listed below, orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, meaning all taxes and duties are included in the final price. You will not owe any additional amount upon final delivery.

For deliveries to countries not listed above, orders are shipped on a Delivered At Place (DAP) basis. This means that all taxes and duties are excluded from the final price. Your order may therefore be subject to local import duties and taxes, which are levied by your local customs authority or the shipping carrier.

As these charges are determined by the destination country and vary from region to region, Cala Jade is unable to estimate or cover any additional costs related to import duties, taxes, or customs fees.

Please note that any duties or taxes incurred on refused or unclaimed packages will not be covered or refunded by Cala Jade.

Shipping fee

Norway: 80 NOK for orders below 1500 NOK

All other countries will get a calculated shipping cost in checkout. We have a max shipping cost of 50 EURO, and it will never exceed this no matter which country you order from. Normally all orders are well below this within Europe.

Unclaimed Packages

If the customer fails to collect the package within the designated timeframe and it is returned to Cala Jade, a fee will be charged to cover return shipping and handling costs:

NORWAY: 200 NOK

EUROPE: 30 EUR

OUTSIDE EUROPE: 40 EUR

PICK UP IN STORE:

Mon - Tue 10:00 – 16:00
Wed - Fri 10:00 – 17:00
Sat 12:00 - 16:00

You can pick up your order in our store in Bygdøy Allé 7, 0257 Oslo during our opening hours or by appointment. This option is free and available at checkout if the item is in stock. You will get a text message notifying that the order is ready for pick up within 24 - 72 hours from your purchase. It's not possible to pick up your order before the confirmation is sent.
