Bygdøy Allé 7 is a building from 1891 in Frogner, centrally located right by Solli Plass. It is close to public transport, with local shops, cafés and restaurants just around the corner.

The building was fully renovated in 2018–2019.

While renovating the building space,  frescoes from 1930 signed by Arne Korsmo were found, which are protected for their historic value. The frescoes have been preserved, and the ground-floor façade has been restored to the Art Deco style that Korsmo designed when it was altered in 1930.
